Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how IAG Off-Road ("IAG," "we," "us," or "our") fulfills and delivers orders placed at iagoffroad.com. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Order processing and ship times

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after order processing. Built-to-order and special-order items may require additional lead time. Estimated availability and lead times are shown on individual product pages where applicable.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping carriers and methods

Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or freight carriers, depending on product size, weight, destination, and availability.

When free shipping is offered, IAG reserves the right to select the lowest-cost eligible shipping method, which may differ from the method displayed or selected at checkout.

3. Drop shipping

Some items ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses ("drop ship"). Drop-shipped products may arrive in separate packages from other items on your order.

  • Drop shipping may shorten delivery time in some cases.
  • In other cases, it may add 1–3 business days to the overall delivery timeline.

4. Shipping insurance and signature requirements

Packages include shipping insurance in case of loss or damage in transit.

  • USPS: Insured orders over $200 require signature confirmation.
  • UPS and other carriers: Signature requirements may apply based on order value, destination, or carrier rules.

5. Tracking your order

When your order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address on your order. You can also:

  • Sign in to your account to view order history and tracking details
  • Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email with the carrier's website
  • Contact us at support@iagoffroad.com or 410-840-3555 for assistance

6. Delivery issues

6.1 Damaged shipments

If package contents are damaged during delivery:

  • Notify the delivery driver or carrier at the time of delivery when possible
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Contact IAG within 30 days at support@iagoffroad.com or 410-840-3555

6.2 Missing items

Inspect your shipment promptly. You have 14 days from delivery to report missing items. After 14 days, IAG is no longer responsible for missing items.

6.3 Incorrect items

You have 30 days from delivery to report incorrect items. Contact us before returning any product. An RMA is required for returns — see our Refund Policy and Returns page.

6.4 Lost packages

If a carrier confirms a package is lost, IAG will provide a replacement — not a refund — pending approval of the carrier claim.

7. Shipping address and undeliverable packages

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. IAG is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. International shipping

International shipping is available for most products depending on destination, product restrictions, and carrier availability. Contact sales@iagoffroad.com or 410-840-3555 before ordering if you have questions about international delivery.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Brokerage fees charged by carriers or customs authorities
  • Compliance with local import laws and product regulations

IAG is not responsible for international customs charges, brokerage fees, or delays caused by customs processing. Check with your local customs office before placing an international order.

9. Freight and oversized items

Large or heavy items may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require an appointment, liftgate service, or signature. Additional lead time may apply. We will contact you if special delivery arrangements are needed.

10. Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages from IAG or from drop-ship locations. You will not be charged additional standard shipping for split shipments arising from order fulfillment, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
