IAG Trail Shield® Transmission Skid Plate For 2024+ Ford Ranger Raptor

Before taking on the trails, replace your Ranger Raptor's factory skid plate with IAG's Trail Shield® Transmission Skid Plate for serious protection against rough terrain. Built for the 2024+ Ranger Raptor, this plate is thicker and tougher than the stock metal shield, offering superior coverage for your transmission and its components. With this upgrade, you can tackle the trails confidently—without worrying about snags or expensive damage.

The IAG Trail Shield® Transmission Skid Plate is constructed from a tough, but lightweight plate of ¼” 5052 aluminum. It comes with a complete set of heavy-duty steel fasteners that sink below the face of the skid plate for a smooth surface that can easily slide over obstacles without damage to the vehicle, the skid plate, or the hardware. The plate is available in your choice of natural, raw aluminum or a durable black powder-coated finish to protect against corrosion, minor scratches, and premature wear. The raw aluminum finish is left unfinished by design, so bend lines, tooling marks, and light surface scratches from fabrication are normal and cosmetic.

The IAG Trail Shield® Transmission Skid Plate can be used as a stand-alone item or in addition to other IAG Trail Shield® Skid Plates for maximum coverage. IAG’s Trail Shield® components were designed to fit tightly together with smooth transitions from one plate to the next in order to keep your Ranger Raptor from getting hung up on obstacles, providing as much protection as possible to your undercarriage.

The IAG Trail Shield® Transmission Skid Plate can be easily installed within 30 minutes. It attaches securely to the factory mounting points already present on your Ranger Raptor. No drilling is necessary; however, you will need a ratchet or an impact wrench for the task.
