Overview

This MACH Force-Xp series cat-back front muffler assembly provides a perfect solution for performance and exhaust tone. This MACH Force-Xp exhaust system can be used with most aftermarket axle-back exhaust systems, or retain your factory tailpipe, and use this exhaust system to tame the exhaust tone. Constructed out of 2-1/2" mandrel bent 409 stainless steel tubing and hand MIG welded by certified craftsman, this system is made for durability and longevity. Utilizing factory mounting locations, the bayonet tip hangers ensure the Mach Force-XP exhaust has an OE-style fit and stays put under any driving conditions. High quality band clamps and hardware to provide a quick, hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary.

Mid-pipe with muffler:
This MACH Force-Xp series mid-pipe muffler assembly will bolt directly to most aftermarket axle-back exhaust systems. Allowing you to reduce decibels minimizing in cab exhaust drone. This system will also bolt directly to the factory axle-back muffler assembly, producing a quieted sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque. Sound solution may be combined with most aftermarket and aFe Power's axle-back systems (49-48061, 49-46219, 49-08046, 49-08047) and aFe POWER Twisted Steel down pipe (48-48022-HC) to reduce unwanted in cab resonance.

Forward Muffler Location:
This system incorporates a high flow 14" length, round muffler for a quieted sound while eliminating exhaust drone but maintaining a smooth sound at idle.

Flow and Performance:
This MACH Force-Xp series cat-back front muffler assembly is constructed of 2-1/2" mandrel-bent, 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, and increasing exhaust flow for improved throttle response.

Perfect Fit:
An included extension pipe allows this system to fit both the 2 and 4 door Wranglers without modification. OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.

Leak-Free Seal:
High quality hardware and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.

Hassle-Free Installation:
This exhaust system is designed to be a true bolt on system with no cutting or modifications required. All hardware and clamps are included for a hassle-free installation.
